Potentials - Damage vs Wep Atk
Which one is better? And how does it work?
If it's "Total Damage +9%", is this calculation based on your attack range?
And how is Wep Atk % calculated? (Based on your total attack by adding up all your Wep Atk?)

since total dmg has a formula.. att won't improve your dmg as much as total dmg
