I'm hosting an art competition!
Constraints
----------------
1.Must be 3300x2400 Pixels (8x11, 300 PPI)
2.Must have a drawing of any of my characters in the foreground,
3.Background must be included
4.No trolling >.<
Prize: [b]25K Nexon Cash Code[/b]
[b]Now for the catch, I'll be focusing on the background and decorations, over my character.[/b]

-Send in ALL entries by 3/25/13 (20 days!)
-Double entries are accepted, but they won't boost your chance of winning, it's all skill-based.
-No triple entries are allowed.
-PM me a imgur link or a tinypic link.

I doubt that to be possible.
From a basiler i know who entered a similar thing in this section, that exchange is unlikely to happen.
For example, he might shrug it off as "i don't like it", "it's not what i'm looking for".
There is even the possibility of just collecting a bunch of watermarked images and making a 'collage' like that next-kid.
[b]But what the artist is looking for is : "what are you gonna compensate me with for wasting my time?"[/b]
Here's the worst case scenario:
-You win. -yay-...
-You hold onto the real - unwatered- version till he pays.
-you wait till hell freezes over for that day to come.
-he gives you a fake code <you better believe it> and claims you scammed him

From a sane POV, judging mainly on Background over his own character drawing makes no sense.

Might as well go pay someone directly 25knx for an environmental piece and slap his own banned story image onto it.
A contest with a single prize in the pool isn't worth the effort to join.
Usually a runner up prize and last are required to make it nearly as worth it.
If you don't get first, there's a better chance at second and third.
<"Can't afford more prizes?">, then he shouldn't be making a contest with ridiculous standards in the first place.
just spend a few mins scrolling between the first 3 pages in the art section and you should see the results of failed drawing contests some tried. few being scams.
@MisterWho: I'm down to do it when I have the time to. I have an SAT to look forward to this Saturday, though.
I usually give away drawings on this forum free of charge though, so no loss for me? It's good practice, too.

dimension size is ridiculous for the average basil artist, and with a bg no less.
Unless they are desperate for some nx, this whole contest isn't worth it.
Cuz the scam is strong in this one.

Single prize = everyone else doesn't gain anything at all.
Just lose their pride.
Go off to commission one of those famous persons for that amount instead of 'obliviously' scamming people with jest of creating a contest
to reap in as many images as you can for a single value.

It's more up for fun, as I'm not concerned about how the pictures come out, just wanna see how basil would draw backgrounds.
Also went and juked up the dimensions to a 300 PPI standard.

that is not 8x11 inches by the way, definitely not at 72dpi standards thats for sure..
And if you are printing 768x1056 pixels with a normal inkject printer, you will get some blocky piece of crap stretched to fit 8x11 inches.

I've got a scammerlist right now, somewhere among my many posts, and I have a very clean reputation that I [b]cannot even smudge[/b], I don't even want to scam.

just go to those websites like deviantart and get a commission
