I used to play before Big Bang, and I want start a new I/L mage. Which has the highest damage, lukless, low luk, or regular? Is luk still needed post BB?

Go LUKless if you can afford a zhelm+htp+evo rings etc
If you want to equip an Estaff, LUKless with a few of these equips should be good (: otherwise just go with ewand 7,8
Regarding other equips, I think it's best to go with lvl 70 gear for the 3rd tier potential, so you'd only need around 80 LUK, which is fair obtainable if you go LUKless c:
Low luck because it better to have more int then luck and just have some left over ability point just in case for equipment
they need luck depending on your funding u can go lukless or not
