So you Know the email of the account but not the password to the email?
If so you'll need to log into your maplestory account write a well worded support ticket explaining your situation. If and when they agree they will ask you to verify some registration information such as name and dob registered to the account and approximate date of registration, they will then ask you to fax two forms of id to there main offices where a team of account specialist will review all the information and change your email for you assuming everything checks out and your identification shows that you are the person who registered.

other than that youll have to contact your email provider about getting your password reset its basically the same thing i said above but the will ask you frequently emailed contacts, names of folders in the email account, name/dob, ip/location you registered from.
