Big Bang aviod formulas, who's right?

This is a repost since no1 answered my last thread.

Ok, so according to the BB guide, the formula to calculate hit rate is: Square root(your ACC)-Square root(monster aviod)+100, and there's a list of the monsters' aviod at different lvs, such as lv61-70>36 aviod, lv71-80>49 aviod, etc. But, after seeing a thread about a maruader with 95 base dex missing (rarely) at mr. anchors, I tried to calculate his hit rate using this formula. And this is what I found out: the aviod of mr. anchor on basil is actually 27, but according to the BB guide it should be 81 for monsters lv91-100. And the more confusing thing is, with this aviod, the marauder should have no problem hitting the monster at all according to the formula in the BB guide. What's up with this?

I checked a few other monsters' aviod stat after this, and they were all greatly different with what the BB guide says. Now i'm really confused, who's right? The BB guide or basil? And if the BB guide is wrong, what's the right formula then? This really concerns me, because I'm planning to make a warrior soon since they need no dex post BB according to the BB guide. But if the info is incorrect it can really screw me up. Could someone please verify this for me plz! Thanks a lot!

I thought that the avoid rate was -5% for ever level you're under the monster you're attacking?

well, atm i only use like 70 hp pots an hour and if we got the old avoid system back, I'd be using less than 35 <inside rage for only having 10 mil mesos left>

edit: oops i thought it was the character avoid system LOL
