Weird thing is, I have never seen anyone with a cape with same stats as it. My 30 atk mask is still there also. I'll understand if my 27atk vss got removed because it was obviously duped. But my cloak?

That's a BFC, it has 4 att originally.
Plus that cape was most likely duped before you got it

wtf are you talking about? Chaos scroll isn't something so new is it? Blackfist cloak was out in GMS since forever also.
I've seen 30 atk capes before, you most likely have a duped one. Most people can't even reach past 25atk on those. Send in the screen shot and tell them to compensate you.
Theres no way to tell if something is duped or not. Nexon lubed you up and plunged deep, sorry bro. Sell your gear and quit before the rest of it is deleted too.
