Gold Campaigner Badge
Well I finally got 60 of those contributor badges and was very disappointed to discover that the badge is not permanent. I know the stats are not much but badges are hard to come by. So I am curious is if it possible to currently obtain a badge that is permanent? Also is it still possible to obtain the Bounty Hunter Badge? Thank you for your help

You can get them at monster park. You buy a box that has a random stat badge for 30 coins
@Stealthstory: badges obtained from monster park; they're not perma, and you get them via exchanging monster park coins with the merchant. you can buy a box that gives a random speigelmann badge, which ranges from "bad" stat to "good" stat, such as +1 str ~ +5att and so on.
