Anyone know what to do or say..
What do i do?

I really want a job, and i feel like im just lost in what to do or say.
Im applying for a sales associate job only.
Any tipsor suggestions ?

Sure thing! No problem haha
Yeah just be honest and say you had to move
Remember volunteer experiences also count! basically anything that you've done involving human interaction should help make you a stronger candidate
good luck and make to let us know how it went

No need to lie.
Induction is different in all jobs.

@TehRaygunicorn -virtual hug- THANK YOU. that is so helpful, you don't even know.

One more thing, i have like 1 experience in working in a store and it lasted a month because i had to move. I literally have no experience with retail etc, should i just lie about it? (say i work for a random retail store) or what?
i know i can take on the job, but my experience is lacking.

Walk over to an employee, introduce yourself, and say you'd like to speak to the hiring manager
When the hiring manager arrives, give him/her a firm handshake and re-introduce yourself
Tell them you'd like to apply for a position as a sales associate, then hand over your job application (with the resume on top)
Usually the manager will control the flow of the conversation, unless you're a seasoned interview who can shift that particular dynamic.. but don't worry about that now
if the manager's interested, they'll ask you about specific things on your resume so make sure you know your resume like the back of your hand
the more experiences you can draw in to specific questions, the more you'll have going for ya
don't be afraid to sensationalize your life a bit either haha these people don't know you
some managers are more "list" oriented and will just ask you a series of questions for you to answer
others are more laid-back and conversational
either way, you shouldn't worry and just go with the flow interview at some stores you're not as interested in first to rack up some experience! that way it's no big deal if you mess up a bit- after all, it's all one big learning experience haha

edit: this is very important: do NOT wear anything with any visible logos (like a polo horse or abercrombie stuff) to avoid clashing with stores' competitors
Retail is an entry-level job so don't worry
here are some suggestions:
-emphasize the importance of customer service (use previous experiences if possible)
-ask them about their loss prevention policies
-ask where flagship stores are located
-ask what kind of sales are expected of associates and the company's policy on goals, i.e. are they hourly, weekly, or monthly goals?
-emphasize any leadership positions you may have held; it's important to excel in communication skills for positions like this
-have some hobbies of yours ready to talk about; set yourself apart from the crowd by actually having a personality
-make sure you emphasize how much you love the store and their clothing
-ask them how employees learn about product knowledge; are they expected to learn everything before working or is it more of a learning process?

Using this landed me a jobs at CK, Lacoste, AX and J. Crew. I chose J. Crew and was then later offered a position at GANT but I turned it down for personal reasons

Good luck out there! Remember, don't sweat it and keep a smile of confidence!
As said here, retail is an entry level job.

Some other things you might want to consider is dress, don't dress to formally but dress nice - especially if you're going to work at a clothing store. Nice t-shirt/shirt and some decent jeans.

Also, try to talk about something other than yourself/the store - maybe a mutual hobby or the sorts, it really helps.

Get as much info as you can from them if youre interested like getting flyers or business cards. Show your resume while pointing out your key skills and previous work experience and how that was. Just be confident and you'll do fine.
