I need some help remembering the name of an old manga

I forgot the name, but i read it like 5 years ago. Storyline: There's this bus that drove over a cliff, and only one survivor, this guy. However his face was so badly burned that it had to be restructured, but the doctors didn't know what the guy looked like. They found a photo of a girl in his pocket and they thought it was him (it was actually his school crush) and he has to live with a girls face. As he goes home to see if his parents are still, he founds out they moved out six months ago. Just as he turns around the girl he likes notices him and she thinks that it's her long lost twin and they apparently have to live together. That's pretty much the most accurate description i can give. If anyone could please provide the name, that'd be great
