Why does nexon do this?

Why does nexon fix little things like map names and other meaningless bugs and ignore the dual blade glitch? A lot koc dual blades can't even use their 4th job skills. It's been more than a month now.
Don't be ignorant, there is no logical excuse anyone can come up with a reason why they:
1. mis-spell names
2. haven't updated the rankings for months
3. not give announcements that duped items are being circulated for months and then randomly delete them after 5 months, probably so people buy cubes and cube their items only to be deleted...

They are lazy and know how to make money off people like you who back them up and defend them even though they make the same mistake 1000 times.
Face the facts, its true they are terrible.
I don't buy NX, just so you know.
It seems like you did not get what I said.
You do not work in Nexon (I don't get why you're on Basil if you do), you do not fully know what's going on in there.
You may perceive it as defending a company that's in ruins, but I see it as a reasonable enough approach to this situation.
If you're not happy with a company, never use their services again.
Yes, complaints help to make a company better, but sulking all day will not help you or anyone else.

The art of deliberately, cleverly, and secretly pissing people off, usually via the internet, using dialogue. Trolling does not mean just making rude remarks: Shouting swear words at someone doesn't count as trolling; it's just flaming, and isn't funny. Spam isn't trolling either; it pisses people off, but it's lame.

The most essential part of trolling is convincing your victim that either a) truly believe in what you are saying, no matter how outrageous, or b) give your victim malicious instructions, under the guise of help.
Trolling requires decieving; any trolling that doesn't involve decieving someone isn't trolling at all; it's just stupid. As such, your victim must not know that you are trolling; if he does, you are an unsuccesful troll.

Via urban dictionary.

Depending on how you interpret the above it can easily fit this. A very small change to a relatively unvisited area posted as a bug fix would cause more arguing/debating(what are we doing again) than fixing. See nexon trolled us! *claps and giggles like a norwiegen school girl*
Just because most people think so, doesn't mean it's true. Yes, do tell us more about how you're so knowledgeable about Nexon.
If you have worked there before, then feel free to tell us anything.
If you haven't, keep quiet, kid.
Don't talk about something unless you know 2 sides of the coin.

@Jisatsu @Firestone160 Agreed. Programming is a lot more complicated than people seem to realize. I used to mess around with RPG Maker on the pc and even though it's on a much smaller scale, you can adjust everything using their coding rather than their built in tools. I copy-pasted some scripts from the community and it caused so many problems with my game. I added about 8 scripts at once and it took me days to figure out what exactly the problem was and how to get it working the way I wanted it. I can't even explain all of the little things that would determine what would make them work/not work. I can only Imagine how bad it is with GMS. My game only had about 10-20k lines of scripts, events, triggers, etc. I can't even imagine how many lines of code there are with everything they add to maple.

That said though, they could stand to use Tespia more often. I always hear how they're understaffed so why not allow some player testing to ease things along.
Programming isn't as simple as directly "copying and pasting." KMS and GMS have different structures, and content (in general). It takes a lot for one file to comprehend the other file, and make sure they are all compatible with one another. There is a lot of testing involved, and sometimes they have to rebuild content from scratch. Surely they can follow the structure, but it won't be 100% the same. Most of the time when it comes to programming, putting words between quotes is the least of their priorities. I don't think GMS is lazy, but they are understaffed. Despite the fact that a programmer can constantly debug, they sometimes do not know for sure unless it is put forth on a larger scale. That's why I wish they put forth Tespia more often.
I think this is true. As a programmer to be I can safely say that even the most silly flaws can be hard to fix. Now take into consideration the amount of code used for MapleStory to run, which indeed consists of countless functions that are linked to countless other functions...
Fixing bugs that have something to do with functionality is not something like fixing typos in a word doc... Changing map names etcetera comes closer to that.

hahaha
Lol that sure is a funny one I hadn't noticed XD!
That's basically the equivalent to being asked to shovel every driveway in your town, and then being yelled at when there's a small clump of slush at the bottom of one man's driveway after you finish.
It's more like someone shoveled away snow to create a path to their frontdoor, and then is being yelled at that he didn't clean the entire street.
