Ignorance may be a defense if this was a more serious punishment, like permaban (like some else pointed out and I forgot to, you only get a temp one) or chain/IP ban. But doing something wrong even out of ignorance should still be punished.

Well people might not really know whether it's glitched or not. Can't blame them for the stupidity.
OT: If you're in the same party as a hacker then there's a good chance that you'll get banned.
No. That would be ridiculous.
You're not going to get permabanned for "walking" into a glitched map. If you legitimately did, you need to spam the hell out of Nexon's support until they compensate you big time.
You can, however, get banned for training with a hacker/glitcher, or on a glitched map (even if the glitcher is long gone). Doing so is clearly against, and always has been against, the ToS. (EDIT: You can even be banned for just afk'ing for long periods of time on the same map as a hacker. Bottom line: if someone's hacking, just leave the map or cc)
