Where are scrolls for 2h Weapon for M.ATT I believe there arent any available from npc , am i right?

Where are scrolls for 2h Weapon for M.ATT I believe there arent any available from npc , am i right?

2H magic attack scrolls are from past events only. no other way to get them other than buy them for stupidly inflated prices.
Apparently 60% Fan scrolls dropped from certain enemies in JMS, but most of them were silent crusade versions of bosses and not easily farmable. King Yeti and Pepe might drop them, and Iron Mutae, Klang, Blue Kentaurus and Ore Eater.
I say "might" because I haven't found any yet, and Nexon hasn't updated the monster book, fans and their scrolls are not showing up.
I wasn't able to find any 2H M.ATK Scrolls, so I'd say that you can always Chaos them. GL with that, though.
