Wear dexless equips until you can afford to equip dex equips
you can spend your 1m to get a 10 dex sauna robe... so that you can wear level 35 equips

yeah but every1 is telling me to cap my dex at 60, but then i cant wear higher lvl equips than 30 so i need dex equips
