Silent Crusade got glitched?
Ok,so there might be other posts like this one but i couldn't find any so here my prob:
i finished the Silent Crusade quest at Ludi (Black Toy Knight) completed it and than starling told me to meet up with the Tophat guy (Bastille i think) but he isn't showing any lightbulbs or books above his head.

For me, i have another post up for the end, but here. I think its a glitch among the silent crusade people, even thou they dont have light bulbs on their head, you have to click them, thats what i do anyways. But i did find weird that there were no lightbulbs.
