idk cause LHC is quite difficult considering the glitched maps with the crowded amount of parties and players.

ToT isn't best, but you can train and do quest at same time

lhc is, unfortunately, the best option
if you're looking for solo training however, id say ToT

You can stronghold when you're about 170ish.
