Dragons are over-rated. Ghosts are better.
I'd say Kaisers are stronger and that's about it, but fun is all opinionated.

Kaiser's are stronger but Evan's are much more fun.

And this is biased of course.
Evans have the bigger Dragon 170+ so they win
kaiser's do more damage and are stronger but evan's are more fun imo
# of attacking skills>Evan
# of useful attacking skills>Kaiser
Character>equal characters, but you spend more time on the Evan storyline
Storyline>Evan 100%
Stronger>Kaiser
kaiser is stronger thats about all im gonna say
Skills - Evan
Character - What?
Storyline - Evan
Stronger - Probably Kaiser.
