Windows XP -- excellent.
Windows Vista -- terrible.
Windows 7 -- excellent.
Windows 8 -- terrible.
Windows 9 should be the best one yet.
Windows 8 is awesome.
I got a new laptop with W8 and maple works fine. Other than W8 being terrible overall right now, its compatible with maple.
New OS. Takes time for everything to be compatible with it. Thats why ima wait 1-2 years till i buy it.
So there's nothing wrong with Windows 8, just you since everyone else seems to have it working.
