Will mrbasil consider my requests

I've just about had it with my avatars being rejected. I'm sick of being a grey blob. I quit maple already so I don't want to buy NX just to make a basil avatar, and my actual maple avatar is stripped down to the -ahem-. I remain on basil for the chat section and the art section, that's it.

But what's wrong with my avatars? I don't see anything wrong with them. I checked them via the guide on basil, and I checked very pixel. It's not similar color, it's not even color edited. The only thing that is custom that doesn't exist in maple is the hairstyle, which is a combination that works.

So, I sent mrbasil ticket just now.

Dear Mr. Basil,

I understand that you wish to keep custom avatars as plausible as possible. You mention through bots after a rejected custom avatar that the custom avatars were rejected for bad colors, distractions, similar colors, unreleased items, misalignment, or bad crop. However, many people who continuously attempt to submit avatars do not have any of these problems with their custom avatar.

After reading guide after guide, many basilers, including myself, know pixel by pixel the exact alignment for the avatars. We've already "mastered" the cropping part.

Most basilers who complain with me about your avatar selection show me their own custom avatars. From what I see, there is nothing that is so-called distracting. Unless one finds balloons, a yellow dress, a paintbrush, and boots distracting, I don't see the problem at all. The colors are not similar; if anything, they are diverse.

I know for a fact that all the items some people use are released, so I highly doubt that's an issue. Also, just a note of thought, there are people on basil with avatars possessing unreleased or entirely fake capes, such as wings or whatnot. I don't know why you didn't reject their avatars but I won't ask about that.

As for bad color editing, there are many people I know who don't even color edit their custom avatar, and if they're combining two or more hairstyles into one, they'll change the hue a bit to match the colors. That's pretty much it.

So once all of these factors are considered, we create our avatars. We carefully choose what fits our liking while abiding by your regulations for avatar creation. We submit our avatars, only to find it rejected. It is then we wonder "why is it rejected?"

So I ask you, mr. basil, as a frequent basiler who is stuck as a grey blob after over 9 rejections, what exactly are you looking for in an avatar? Every aspect of my avatar (as well as the avatars of those I've talked with) have absolutely no flaws whatsoever. They are in GIF format, with every pixel cropped and made transparent. They do not have outrageous aspects, they are normal looking avatars, with a clothing fashion that may be found in real life. We have all inspected the long guide one fellow basiler made for us, but regardless, we still get our avatars rejected. Even after two hours of editing, it is rejected.

I cannot understand why our avatars are rejected. Do you dislike them? I see you occasionally accepting outrageous avatars of a zombie-bird-angel with swimming trunks and whatnot. And yet, you won't accept an avatar that wears a casual dress, casual boots, and a balloon cape. And yet, if we were to spend NX to buy this clothing, it would look exactly the same as the basil avatar. Why don't we just buy NX then? Well that would defeat the purpose of a basil avatar--being able to attain our look without having to spend money on NX clothing.

I've had several avatars accepted by you before. Each of them had the same custom hairstyle--Zessica with Sonara Wave. Some of them had color edits, some of them didn't. However, recently, I've been getting rejection after rejection, endlessly. I even submitted the same exact file that you accepted, and even that was rejected.

Mr. basil, I know you are [maybe] trying your best to deal with so many users, but at least take the time to perhaps say, write a better list of requirements. Or, perhaps you could stop rejecting avatars based on your personal preferences, as we are not trying to please you with our avatars, but create an image for ourselves while using this forum. My avatar expresses who I am in real life--the paintbrush portrays my love of digital art [although I don't actually paint], the eloquent hairstyle represents my love for beauty, the dress and boots represents my love for casual wear, the balloons represents my childish personality, only to be contrasted by the eyes which represents a mature personality. Why are you rejecting our avatars if they cleverly point out who we are?

So I beg of you, mr. basil, if they are not distracting in terms of outrageousness and similar color usage, and if they are cropped and aligned properly and placed into a correctly formatted gif image, just accept the avatars. Just because you do not like them doesn't mean others won't. My last avatar was praised by many of your fellow moderators, and I was attempting to change it to match the new wintry weather, but it failed several times (changes made to each time of course), so I decided to go back to my original look, but that was rejected for some reason.

Anyways, I hope you will consider my request.

Yours truly,
WorkOfArt.
It's a pretty long ticket, since I heard from somewhere that mrbasil takes long tickets into more consideration.

Do you think thay he'll heed my request?

To sum up my ticket: No one is doing anything wrong, most people's submitted avatars are actually good, so basically, mrbasil is rejecting them because he doesn't like them, but that's no reason to reject an avatar. If they follow all the requirements, they should be accepted.

Just like submitting screen in basilmarket. It's all randomly generated.

I mean... Look at all these mix hairs of 4 different styles with custom color being accepted, but if you re-color your shirt it doesn't get accepted.
He rejects noticeably edited hair styles and ones that aren't in the game.
I've seen a person with Jean hairstyle and shaggy dog hairstyle mixed together; that's extremely noticeable.
There was somebody that customized their avatar and even sumerged theirself in a black box and somewhat cracked style. Looked cool and I'm not sure how it got approved either...
Are you sure that their avatar were coustom made? Because that could be a simple ranking glitch caused by Nexon and not by Mr.B.

If you are lucky you will get a response that tells you to submit another avatar.

Personally, I don't send tickets anymore because I never get any response, plus I don't like the way he run this site.
