So someone dropped the book and I picked it up. The skill venom only goes up to level 20 so what do I do with the book?

I'm assuming that trading mastery books for Dbs or thieves are discontinued sadly.
I currently have satellite safety 25 and still dunno what to do with it.
Also, does Sudden Raid require a level 20 book or just a level 30 book is fine?
You drop it while someone else picks it up and they cycle continues
