you can import it through various websites like yesasia. or play-asia.
takes like 1-2 weeks to come and shipping is quite expensive.
but the import fee itself is like 1/3 of the game price if you're unlucky.
get the asian version > japanese version for price reasons.
also, make sure they aren't region locked [has to say region free or no region restriction].
