all stats would be good to fund your xenon going pure stat will lose 60% of your Dmg.

also if you can't get any all stats gear get str,dex, or luk % gears to balance them out

as long you balance the three stats then you're fine

%all stat is the best but balancing %str %luk %dex is the second best to go.would recommend balancing %str %luk %dex and get %stat whenever possible

You're wrong. If you go for all stats, then you're going to end at approx. 333 on dex/str/luk(I know that's not completely correct, but assuming you'll have 999 AP spent at 200 makes it easier to calculate. Bear with me).
Now, if you have 333 on all those three stats, then a 6% allstats ring is going to give you 59,94 on all stats that matter(19,98*3).
If you have 999 on, say, LUK however, a 6% LUK ring is going to give you 59,94 LUK.
Going with STR,DEX and LUK isn't going to make you more powerful, at least from the reasoning you're using. I think there was a skill that gives you bonus damage if you have a certain amount of AP in all stats, so going allstat might be better.

EDIT:You'll also have to account in that %all doesn't give you as much % as %stat in all pot tiers, so it's going to be harder to get lots of % in one equip than it is for %stat.

If you DO decide to go with one stat though, you should go with LUK.

OT: %All is better for your range. Doing 1 stat isn't as good as using all three.

Get %Str, %dex , and %luk on a single equip.
