Honestly, I'd have been much more content if kirito and asuna really did die lol

So here's what happened...
When Asuna sacrificed herself, Kirito went all sad and stuff.
Healthcliff stabbed Kirito, and he died.
But then some magic stuffs happened in Kirito feels and he had a few moments left.
At that moment, Kirito stabbed Healthcliff, and Healthcliff stabbed Kirito.
They both dissapoofed, and everyone was able to exit the game.
Kirito woke up on a cloud, looking at Aincard. (Is this how you say it?)
Kirito meets up with Asuna, and Healthcliff.
Kirito apoligizes to Asuna that he couldn't bring her back to the real world.
Healthcliff disappears
Kirito and Asuna spends their last few moments together as the system shuts down.

~Back at real world
Kirito wakes up in a hospital.
He's thin/dirty/long hair'd
Kirito mutters "A----su---na.."
Then he takes a pole, and uses it like a cane.
He stands up, and trudged through the corridors of the hospital, looking for Asuna.

In the novel, Healthcliff set them both at an HP level where one hit would kill. I think that's what they were trying to do. And I don't think Healthcliff in that form would be the final boss.
Also, yes he was supposed to die as quickly as Asuna. But you know that magical "willpower" people gain that makes them do something crazy before they die, lol.
she doesn't escape back into the real world. she is captured and put into another world. kirito joins the world and tries to save her.

They should change SAO to ALO.

The damage should have killed him in a second, similar to how Asuna was one-shot and killed.
They just added some BS-dramatic writing so he could magically kill Heathcliff (NOTE: the final and strongest boss) in one stab. How can you even one-shot the final boss? Remember that level 90 boss Yui deleted? Kirito practically did .001% damage on it.
Asuna died and so did Kirito. The end where he somehow manages that ass pull victory was just a delusion by Kirito right before he died. It's something like the B-end in Chaos;head (both series equally bad, so there's probably a connection here). Well, this where I'll be getting off, farewell and good-riddance. I don't care what happens next, Kirito and Asuna dying will always be the 10/10 ending that barely saved this anime for me.

SAO episode 14: worst arc ending of 2012. I expected it to be rushed etc, but the horrible writing and awful execution ruined it all.
I seriously hope the ALO arc isn't as bad. If I don't get a Klein/Egil side story, I'm dropping this goddamn show.
And if you'd like to refute my post, here's my rebuttal:

I was really disappointed with the ending of SAO. I mean the world just fell apart with one measly duel. Not as epic as I wanted it to be. Can't wait for ALO though.

@malapo: I guess, Wasn't to my expectation. But i was waiting for it since they announced it to be an anime.
If your picky on the art/animation, don't go into hayate season 3, The art is.... weird.

Yeah, "sister." You'll see a lot of characters from SAO too during their ALO trek, but most of them not till the end.

its going to ALO after SAO. They get transferred into a different game and play in a game that isn't based off of leveling. Its all skill and based off of equips o-o wooooooot.
