They banned and are still banning those that enter hard magnus and kill it. Each fight is recorded. I have yet to see any tyrant equip user get banned other than hackers mules that were storing them (but do realize some of the mules entered with the hacker party).

Also, do note that a lot of nova equips on the market are from illegit runs. Although normal magnus is doable, the drops of gear is still rareish and there are a lot of hackers botting normal magnus, empress, and chaos pink bean to refund what they lost after the hard magnus bans.

Helisium equips...i think it's just that they're new to the market. But you're right, they are really cheap right now.
