Scania : Overpopulation
As a lot of scanians have noticed recently, the world is getting overcrowded to the point where its unbearable. People sell their items in places like channel 3 free market 4, taking over a lot of guild 'hqs'. Even though no one really owns the fm, it gets annoying when your hangout place gets overrun by people spamming and people putting up shpos with things for sale.
Every time you try to log into scania, you'll see that the population bars are COMPLETELY full, and bossing is getting nearly impossible. Scarlion and Targar are overrun with bossing parties, and add to that the NPC is glitched, saying the squad is full or doesnt have enough members to go in. Horntail and Chaos Horntail have been messed up for a few patches, now they let you in (sometimes) but don't drop anything. Going to zakum is a mess, theres 3-4 groups outside each channel trying to get in, and taking 30mins to an hour once they get in.
People kill steal in every map, ever since the glitched monsters like truckers and gallopers came out. Even after these monsters were fixed, people seem to have lost their pride in keeping their reputation clean. Now it seems that its impossible to train without killstealing.
Its getting hopeless. I know its not only Scania that is affected like this, big worlds like windia are affected too. Call me biased because i'm from Scania if you will, but it seems that the problem is mostly here.
Will nexon do anything, or let this game be run over by people who are like what bishops used to be at galloperas Pre-BB?

If nexon made transfers free, then everyone from Scania would move and flood the other servers. I think they should have a 90% off sale for transfers from Scania only (along with the other overcrowded servers), so people who want have a cheap way to get out.
And they need to add a warning to new players saying "Are you sure you want to go to Scania? This server is overcrowded, and you may experience lag, kill stealing, and have less fun in a server with so many people? We suggest a smaller world, like Yellonde, Galacia, or El Nido for optimum performance and entertainment. Have fun, and keeping on buying NX! ~Nexon"

That is the best idea I've ever heard.
They really need to do something to smooth out the population. My friends and I wouldn't mind moving to different worlds if it wasn't so expensive.

Yes. That sounds good.
Worlds like Yellonde, Demethos (maybe Arcania and Zenith soon) need more players. Sure I like almost-always having a training spot and the quite is nice (meaning no smega spam).
But oh my god its so hard to buy or sell anything.
@Wylim: I know... but that was because of the new classes and BB. The fire as downed a bit. -Still mad how the ch2 fm is crowded-
And I agree with other people. They need to close scania from having new players.
First off they need to even distribute scanias players to every world. It's destructive that half the worlds are empty and have no proper FM/economy (like demethos, or yellonde), and then there are overpopulated worlds like Windia or Scania.
@RaveGirI: I think that more people would use the worlds if they gave a world transfer that included all of you items and mesos. And possibly for the 1st week of the new world opening or after the 1st week of it being opening

The fact still remains taht something needs to be done about this.
I waited 4hours to get into a zakum run that should have taken 10-15minutes yesterday, only to not get in and have runners fall asleep, forcing me to cancel.
Today, i rescheduled the run. The first time we got in, but there was a LOT of server lag, and half of the people dced. Which meant a 10 minute run turned into a 20 minute run, which lead to wasted pots mesos, and could have meant wasted wheels of destinys, which in turn means wasted money in real life.
Sigh..
Scania market has been messed up for a while since some people part of a merchanting group that i wont name, that i am pretty close to, decided to buy out the fm with exploited mesos, then get banned with the items.
I moved from Scania to Khaini with the Resistance patch, and I had to sell my prized 10 Atk u/h SCG from 2 years ago to do it. I will rage if Nexon gives free xfers. But it's Nexon, and nothing's free with Nexon.

Listen, Haven't you noticed that Scania has been overpopulated for quite some time now? It's just gotten to a point where Nexon should just close it to new players. There is new worlds, newer players, USE THEM.

Your leaving out the fact that the world is dead. Items may be cheap but every kradian is terrified to buy anything anymore making our economy garbage.

Oh god the KS'ing. @.@ My friend and I were thinking about moving to another server that's less crowded and that's not freaking overpricing crap (srsly, 1mil+ for orbis or eos teleport scroll? Did something change to jack up the prices that much cause I did just come back after 2-3 years).

I think they should:
>Split Scania up into a couple small servers and allow Scanians access to one (Not chosen by themselves to prevent overpopulation in one).
>Special promotion to give free world transfers to Scanians to move to another server (Only active ones).
>Add more channels to keep up with the overpopulation.
The first and third options seem more reasonable because I'm sure there are plenty of people with more than just one character.
I love Scania. It's the only world I'll ever play seriously on...

I'm glad my friends convinced me to start a new character in Khaini, since I used to be a Scanian...
never played scania. started in khaini and it was a new world back then. it was comfortably populated so i didn't bother going to "one of the big 4"
