6. eh haven't played it in a while only in KMS i did, the 30 sec cooldown kinda annoys me a lot, i got nerfed really bad,my dmg decreased, and etc

For #5, the skills you steal are up to you, first answer questions like "will I be in party or alone? (as in most of the time I'll be _____)", "what do I want?" and "what do I need?"

Ask for recomendations instead, like skills that boost your damage (rage, karma, dark clarity, concentrate, etc.), skills that give helpful boosts (HS, CO, SE, SI, haste, etc.), attacks/actives with special characteristics (drain arrow, mist, smokescreen, etc.), skills that reduce damage taken (meso guard, power guard, power reflection, etc.) and during early levels like during 1st/2nd and early 3rd, you can also steal normal attacks because of their use (like hitting further, platforms above/below, or just because you like it)

Make your own combination by experimenting.

what is your range w >65% but full empress? im switching to full empress so i want to know an estimate?
what about your cane atk?

1. I think, 40-45k range, let's say at 140.
2. 100k = Crit: 35k? Noncrithits: 55k? 500k = Crit: 140k? Noncrithits: 300k? Max: 400k?
3. Great bossers, supporters and mobbers.
4. Having 6k avoid, you'll pretty much have godmode.
5. This is what I have when I'm an attacker: Haste, Rage, Combo attack and SE, Leeching: Haste, Rage, Combo attack, HS, Bossing: PB> Haste, Rage, Magic Crash, Resurrection.

1) I'm not entirely sure about your range, I have around 20% luk and its 20k unbuffed
2) Milles is barely any higher than 100% per hit, so if you wanna hit somewhere, you need to have that range
3) They're kinda weak, but they are good mobbers with mille and tempest. They're also good bossers because you have the skill to steal their buffs
4) I dont feel overwhelmed like I'm spamming health pots, the %avoid helps a lot
5) When in parties people always want: Rage, HS, Adv Bless, SE, and I normally get haste
6) I really enjoy my phantom, I've devoted a lot of time and money into him. They're really fun, a little weak sometimes, but I still recommend making one.

I'm not sure what your range willbe w 65% luk but i have like less than 30% and i do like 48k mille buffed at 175... thats pretty bad but theres an estimate.
No idea about hitting 100k /500k/max because ive never hit it but you shouldnt get empress cane if youre not getting the whole set.
there is no point. get a loveless cane for like 100-200m in broa atm.
And books are so cheap now in broa for some reason.
I hit so low compared to other 175s infact, my friend's lvl 140 db out dmgs me atleast twice probably... so theres that.
You get hyper skills for mille at lvl 189 which gives 20% extra dmg so it makes up for the mille nerf.

65% will get you to 40k range lol

1. I'm assuming you're going to have a clean Empress cane, you should have around 40K range clean and around 70K range buffed. I'm not 100% sure though.
2. Well, I'm hitting well over 100K with Mille with a 50K buffed range, I'm using Sharp Eyes by the way.
3. Yes, I find Phantoms to be very good bossers! Although, the cooldown on switching skills is very disappointing, and the short buff duration can get very frustrating.
Mille is a very good mobbing skill. During bosses you are able to steal the bosses buffs with that one skill we have, and we have an extra life if we die.
4. I have no trouble with my health, it's awesome that we can use potions while we are attacking!

6. I love my Phantom, there is no other class that will win me over no matter how overpower they are.
The nerf is quite annoying though, I just learned to take it in and ignore it.
