I used the 20% renegade scrolls on mine + ws.

Sup bro, get ur diligence to max and pray for the best with event scrolls. Ws if u are lazy and clean slates if u arent.
The rest u are good enough to figure out alone without reading the guide xD

[b]This may not be accurate since I didn't test it[/b]

1) Get your pure clean weapon, preferably end game weapon (about 1b on average)

2) Apply any kind of Potential scroll to it. Epic Potential preferably. Use this with Shielding Wards [5.5kNX each] or Protection Scrolls.

*3) Scroll using 20% event scroll for 1h or 2h weapon, 5 ATT/M.ATT + 3 Stats.

4) When you end up with no slots, use Clean Slates to recover as many failed slots as possible. Otherwise skip this step if you're super lucky!

5) Scroll the rest of the way. Use Pam's Song or White Scrolls or Shield Scrolls [3.5kNX] or Safety Scrolls.

6) Hammer this twice using Vicious Hammer [1] and Vicious Hammer [2]. Both for 15kNX. Also use Golden Hammer (if possible). Repeat the previous scrolling steps.

*7) Depending on the Potential:
Rare:
1. Use Epic Potential Scroll 80% or 100% with Protection Scroll or Shielding Ward. Skip this if you don't own one.
2. use Premium Miracle Cube [3.1kNX] until you get 3L or Epic Potential+.
Epic:
1. Use Premium Miracle Cube until you get 3L. Otherwise skip this step.
2. Use Miracle Cubes [1.2kNX] until you get a Unique rank.
Unique:
1. Use Super Miracle Cubes [1.9kNX] until you get a desired Potential (30%+ boss, 21%+ Main Stat, PDR, etc) or a Legendary rank.
Legendary:
1. Try to aim for a desired Potential (30%+ boss, 21%+ Main Stat, PDR, etc).

8) Start using AEE and/or EE. Use 1 AEE to get the first star since it's 100% success rate.

9) Keep enhancing using AEE (or EE). HIGHLY encouraged to use Protection Scrolls or Shielding Wards. Enhance this up to 8-12 stars.

10) Use a Nebulite on it [costs over 500mil]. Preferably boss damage, main stat %, PDR, etc.

11) Add another Potential line (optional)

* For steps 3-6 or 7 you may want to switch them up depending on whichever one gives better
