He doesn't know or understand how serious the situation is. Those kids will never be able to grow up, drive a car, graduate, get laid, make a family live life etc. Not to mention the poor families who lost their sibling or child, a hole you can never fill. As well as the kids might be traumatized for life. Try to imagine your brother or sister or parent getting shot and killed for no reason at all completely randomly and to never see them again for the rest of your life. Some ppl on this site need to get more mature. Not saying YOU, I'm saying in general.
