Superior gollux is okay if u cube it good although price for it will raise because of farming being cut off personally I would only get it if I could equip 2 pendants with that cash shop thing so I can get my chtp on me as well. Also gollux set is new so price is fluctuating I would look for a decent tyrant set and ra set if you got cubes for em as well as scrolls. If you want something cheap that you can spend money on to upgrade you could get full rsvenhjorn and wait for black Friday event next week for free emp shoulders.

Thanks for the input mattpxx & powerlad88! I decided to main my DB for a few reasons (already have NX appearance, higher lvl, better equips, better IGN, better dmg..)

So last question, what would you do with 7.4B to fund DB? Can I afford those Tyrant / RA equips? Or should I just get a godly dagger + katara?

EDIT: Just looked around in FM for a bit and saw the Superior Gollux set and it seems really good. Tons of HP, +30% Boss Dmg, +30% Def Ignote, and 35 W.Atk. Is that one of the sets you were talking about?

Depending on which class you choose theyre both thieves so get thief ra set without weapon as well as idk the name for thief version tyrant set and scroll them up then buy a cane or dagger and katara and I don't believe 7.4b is enough for a blank of these equips but idk since I'm in khaini

Real world =/= Maple world

As of right now DB's basically own phants in every single way (except maybe fun well it is your decision here)
DMG: Whenver I play my DB i can hit 200k+ each PB line
Survivability: Phants do have more avoid by only a little but % (I think like 5% more) but since DB's have skill drain and more base HP
every hit you take you can heal yourself with another PB or just tank the hti overall
Funding: DB's are also easier to fund seeing as how i spent roughly the same amount of mesos on each of my thieves (besides xenon) my DB is my strongest
class

DB's have near 100% avoid from skills as well as basically 100% crit they hit higher and have unusually low HP phantoms have pretty much been pooped on until red comes out so your choice
Also tyrant and ra are godly sets of armor and weapons obtained from bosses that are ridiculously hard to beat without a lot of funding occults are cubes that drop from a lot of bosses that are basically meso bought cubes they only go from rare to epic or epic to rare as there completely randomn

Where do you get 90% avoid from? I only count up to 25% (Mirrored Target) + 15% (Dual Wield Expert) = 40% O.o

Dbs beat Phantoms in bossing, damage, and survivability because of 90% avoid while Phantom's may not have these advantages they are much more fun and if you have patience they get "Decent" in Red from what I've heard.

Wow! Is this true? How are Phantoms worse than Paladins, wtf happened to this class? I think I might just make a new character then seeing as how Phantoms are on the bottom now

How much more powerful are DBs right now than Phantoms? And so after the RED phantoms will be stronger right?
Noob question but what are occults? Are those cubes that you don't have to pay NX for? And what is tyrant / RA set?

Another thing to ponder: While DBs have more dmg than Phantoms, isn't it harder to survive in bossing with them? Phantoms have an extremely high dodge rate from what I remember while DB's didn't get Fake like Shadowers/NLs. Would Phantoms, although having less dmg, have an easier time bossing? I would like to do a lot of boss runs in the future and want to pick a class that can be able to do that!

As of right now DBs overpower Phantoms.
After Red, they'll be able to steal DB skills and steal a bunch of really useful that Explorers gain from the revamp. It's your choice which to fund.
If you're funding your phantom I'd say get a godly wep and card since you can afford a relatively godly wep / card.
Personally, I like to build slow and just use what assets I have. I bought a 5 piece emp set waiting for the Black friday shop to get the shoulder. I'm just gonna cube them with occults until I get decent stats, and scroll my cane with the RED Shop scrolls, which are potentially 50% +8 att scrolls.
7.4B could probably get you a really decent Empress set with each piece, or you could roll big and aim for a tyrant / RA set.
