lol. recipes are poo. this sucks.
yeah the actual cape costs as low as 70 mil. the dream frags needed to make one with the recipe costs 2 bil. Go figure.
Basically what posters said, The Raven Cape recipe is worthless since Echart drops the cape, while others require to make the cape.
:/ so no one would buy it huh.
With the recipie, it would cost around 1.5-2b just for the materials to make the cape.
On the other hand, most people could just buy the actual cape for less than 150m...
drop it.
It isn't worth the effort to make those capes because the capes itself is dropped by the instructors vs the other capes that are worth making because they don't drop.
