Assuming that we're only allowed OU tier. Mewtwo is considered overpowered in the first gen since Amnesia into Psychic was enough to one-hit mostly everything.
I like my team. Start with a sleeper lead. Special sweeper, physical sweeper, golem for switch-ins immune to electric and resistance to normal (golem runs body slam for some paralysis and explosion as well which comes in handy). paralysis special sweep with with a thunder wave alakazam, and chansey as a special wall of course.

For me:

idk about evasion but if a pokemon is paralyzed it will go last in 1st gen (unless both pokemon are paralyzed in which case it goes back to speed
