Can someone explain this phenomenon?
I load a video. The video is loaded 1/4 of the way. The video is still at the beginning. I press play. The video plays until about 1/8 of the way. Then it buffers. Why? It's loaded past that point already.
It's probably not my internet, considering it's pretty decent : http://www.speedtest.net/result/2477338322.png, and it's faster if I go wired connection (100 to 150 ish)

If it's not your internet, then it's something wrong with the video player I'm assuming?
