Help on Attack Speeds
I'm contemplating an endgame weapon now
And I'd just like to know how much speed would I need to utilize maximum speed on my attacks?
I've heard it's the same for all speeds
I'd really like to know
I just want to decide on a "Slow Staff" or a "Normal Wand" until I get my ele stave / wand

Staff/Wand speed does not have any effect on casting speed. The only mage that is affected by the speed of their weapon are Battle Mages.
The only time mages care about attack speed is if you're a Battle Mage or you're using Explosion.
So no, it doesn't matter.

i thought yes since they have booster
@Rationalism: If someone else confirms this, I'm going for the slower staves with more attack until Ele Staff
