Why is my Empresss Blessing only level 24?
I have a 120 Thunder Breaker, but it only gives me Lv. 24 Empress's Blessing. Am I supposed to do the quests that Neinheart gave me?
These quests are "The Fallen Clocktower" and "To the Temple of Time!"

You don't automatically get the 6 extra levels to Empress Blessing after you hit 120. LOL
no, they changed it so you can get a few more levels of it after 120. I believe the Temple of time quest should get you started (has something to do with that Arkarium dude)
