yes you can, I've soloed him multiple times with a 25k range and 0% PDR as far as I know, takes around 8 mins for me
You should be able to in about 20 minutes. Bring lots of potions/All Cures!

OT: Yes, yes you can.
Expect 20-30minutes if you suck at crashing, and 10-15minutes if you are a crash pro.
