I know, but 400 RP...is literally nothing...you'll be able to buy DISCOUNTED skins that sell for 260 RP, but it all depends on the champ and the skin. If I was playing a smurf account, I would just buy a champ with that RP.

You get 400 RP at level 5 I think [or level 10 -- I don't remember], use that 400 RP to just buy a 450 IP Champ ----> they are all 260 RP if I recall correctly, so you'll have like 140 extra RP ---> I believe you can buy an IP boost with that...LOL.
