Stirgeman pants problem
So i recently bought a pair of Stirgeman utility pants they went from 20>30>40>30>30>30>30 Why wont it upgrade its stayed the same 4 times in a row should i give up o tyring to upgrade them :[

It can downgrade,upgrade,and break. I losted 3 stirge grapplers from this. -.-
