So What ARE The NEW Training spots, is PB useless now? andSP

I want to know where to train which is good from 1-200. Anybody got the idea yet ? I've not seen a place where to train.
Another thing I would like to know if PB is useless now ? Since high lv monsters you miss and you do more dmg by just killing it instead. Anybody know ? Also the SP's? What are we suppose to distribute them now ? -__- I think that we should get FREE SP resets not on one character BUT ALL CHARACTERS. Spending all that hard work and we only get one ? -__- wow nexon.
