No boom potentials?
Are there no boom potentials? If so, how are they aquired and how much do they cost? Also, does shielding ward work for potential scrolls too?

Nope, these scrolls make no pot items, epic pot items
Thats how they work
i.e: if I use it on a no pot katara , the new hidden pot will be epic
Special potential scrolls - untradeable, 100% success. I got one from a Yut box.

You can also get 100% epic pot scrolls from events which you can use to go from no pot to epic.

There are potential scrolls with 100% success, they were obtainable from previous box events/ hot times.
