P/C on battlemage mastery book!

Was training when i found a strange looking mastery book. Its advanced yellow aura 20 for battlemage. Looked up the skill and noticed it acts like a mini haste giving +35 speed, att speed +1, and 20% chance to avoid att (kinda like ss from shads and nl). I think this is a pretty decent skill. Anyone know how much this book would be worth? Also, would it be better to sell now or sell it once battlemages come out?
