Actually, no. They get shafted again.
Phantoms' party buffs are alot less desirable after hyperskills revamp.
Advanced Bless increases your damage to bosses by 10%.
Sharp Eyes gains a 5% defense ignore effect.
Sharp Eyes' critical chance boost is increased by 5%

Like I've been trying to say, The specialized "Combo Attack" is worthless, since the actual damage-boost to Combo comes in 3rd job, as a passive skill.
The skill itself, the specialized skill "Combo Attack", the one we would be able to steal, has no damage-boost whatsoever.
(So, even if you can steal it, you're wasting a slot you could use for something else that could improve your overall damage output. Like, Rage.)
And I mentioned Cross Over Chain (not a "specialized" skill, so I see no reason for us NOT being able to jack it), which is 100% damage, compared to the old Combo's 25% damage.
If Nexon does this right, we Phantoms will be buffed overall.
Like above said, if Phantoms can steal the specialized skills, they'd be awesome.
Also, I forgot who mentioned it, but in KMST, each consecutive critical attack is a bit higher than the previous one. Awesome for Dual Blades also <3

@MeMagicalPie: Well, if we're able to steal Cross Over Chain, that's a major buff for us as phantoms. Way better than Combo.

Dragon Knights /Berserkers get a skill called Crossover Chain, gives 100% damage.
Combo Attack becomes a 2nd job Fighter toggle-skill, and doesn't get the damage-boost until 3rd job, from a passive Combo-skill addition.

@Xaiosun: Can't think of any toggle-skills I want after this revamp anyways. Combo Attack is useless, since we can't steal passives, and the damage-boost is a Crusader 3rd job passive. Cross Over Chain on the other hand, 100% damage, active buff. Mhm, yes please.

They can pick from there and nowhere else

If Nexon makes Phantom able to steal the new revamped skills, Phantom will be stronger than he/she ever was.

if u ask me, aran and mercedes get a pretty good buff
and no matter how much they changed wild hunters in this revamp.. wild hunters are gonna be ef`d up in a bad way
