I understand that this must be very upsetting to see that you have been restricted from being able to log onto your account. Hopefully, I will be able to clarify this situation with you.
After reviewing your account, please be informed that your account was found participating in illegal game activities and was temporarily blocked. You will need to serve out the rest of your suspension.
In order to prevent future detections, please be sure that you are not running any third party programs that enhance your game play. It is recommended that you do not run any other programs while you are playing our games.

What do you want me to say? You logged a ticket, someone took a second look at your account, and that person decided that your ban was justified and would not be removed. You obviously did something to warrant the ban or you would've been unbanned as a result of your ticket.
I'm still waiting for a response to my ticket...

This is just based on words said by others but from what I hear is that if you are attacking and you start to lag, stop attacking because if you keep attacking while lagging the system might think you are one of those botters.

And about my videos, no I was not saying that it makes me unable to hack, im saying that I have a reputation of being a legit player and I intend to keep it that way. If I started hacking my reputation would go to trash and people would stop watching and there would be no reason for me to continue making videos. I don't hack, never have, never will.
Edit* @MarshMallows, hey Wil . Sorry to hear you also were effected by this Nexon doesn't seem willing to do anything about it. Looks like we'll be sitting out this month. As for the party issue, I too am absolutely positive that no one was hacking in my party. Everyone was pretty legit as far as the naked eye could tell.
@sparkshooter, thanks lol and you should probably submit a ticket, thats about all we can really do at this point. Explain your case and wait and see what happens
Wtf how do you guys only get a month of suspension? Mine is permanent. Hell I wouldn't care if it was one year...

Many people have been getting banned over the glitched auto ban system. It wasn't my fault. I make videos and have a reputation to uphold. Why would I hack and ruin myself. What possible benefit would I have for hacking. I assure you I wasn't hacking nor was I leeching from any hackers.
People fail to understand. Well not so much fail to understand. I'd say ignore... Is the fact that if you're in a party with a hacker you get banned. If you leech from a hacker, you get banned. I know 'technically' you didn't hack. But you still get banned by association.
This may not be TS situation and he may have legitly gonna banned for no reason. But I've seen two threads on basil from people from the same world as me saying "they got banned for no reason". When in fact I've actually seen their char getting leeched in hoh.
I sent in my ticket last Tuesday and no response so far... however I got perma'd, and it seems like they've been sending automated messages to those who were temp banned.
What did you say in your ticket? Any form of evidence?
I was actually perma banned on my shadower because I walked through a hacker map while the gm was banning the person LOL the only way I got him to unban me was by bribing him saying that I was going to spend nx, being a loyal player, and blah blah blah, all nexon really cares about is you spending money. I got rejected 3 times by him from normal messages so i wrote him a "i'm planning on spending more nx" ticket and he unbanned me. Greedy greedy nexon

They mentioned that it is suggested to not use any game enhancing 3rd party programs. So it was suspected that he hacked.
on a different note: i'm tired of seeing you cry over a game account. Just be glad that it wasn't a perma ban and move on with your life. Wait out the ban and then continue to play the game if you want to afterwards. Don't get mad at nexon for trying to do their jobs.

Anyway, I had send a ticket the day it happened (sunday) and got a really basic response back, the same one everyone got =/ So I asked if they could show me which third party programs I had running at the time and the only response I got was:
"Hello,
I know that you would like to see evidence or be provided a detailed explanation as to why your account has been temporarily blocked. However, the evidence that we have gathered is proprietary information and cannot be disclosed. Therefore, we will not discuss the exact nature of your specific incident.

Cuz he can't, we haven't done anything wrong. Its a stupid glitch in Nexon's auto ban system. Its their fault, not ours. There have been A LOT of people effected by this. The numbers grow every day too.
Even GM Hime mentioned it on the official website forums.

@WolfSpiderman: No one was noticeably hacking in the party that I was in. Believe me if I had known someone was hacking, I would have never joined the party. Honestly I don't think any of them were hacking though. It is all this auto ban glitch. Even GM Hime has made a post about it on the official website forums.

I got the same response from Skelorm LOL.
Sent another one saying that the only program I was running was Maple -> Still banned. QQ.
I got banned too. Same dialog. I started playing right around the patch where pirates was introduced. Made a kaiser, with commitment made it my first level 200. It's the sentimental value. I didn't do anything that goes against the MS ToS. I didn't even know about LHC until I was around 140, until then, I've PQd with my friends and did a lot of Azwan. My first level 120+ was this kaiser. I come home from work to relax and play games for few hours and now.. its gone.. I've got 99 problems, and this is one. Quitting wont do donkey bahlls.

my phantom lvl 173 with a range of 80k-93k and they banned me for a month and i didnt even hack >
in other words "suck it up" or "walk it off"
