since stolen fence is only lvl 10....its hard to even get 2% luk on a lvl 10 item....therefore, the 2% luk becomes more valuable on a fence compared to a kjar...but no1 cares about it anyway...all ppl care is about 2% luk or 3 or 6.... if its pre-bb...its easily 500m = 2.5b today....but since ur selling it now...id say its 100m

just in my opinion most higher level dits use khanjar and dkanjars
so a shield with %luk with it is only going to be used by a dits under the level 80
2 % luk isnt that much, and % luk doesnt significantly affect the damage of low level dits
so id say ~ 5- 10m
