Of all the maple worlds

I hate to be that guy, but I'm looking to start fresh and am wondering what world would best fit the following...

1. Populated with active players. By active, I mean people that log in and actually engage in some sort of activity; not just to go afk in town.

2. Heavy Party play training, even during 1x EXP

3. Friendly, fun, welcoming community! I don't want to be alone forever, y'know? Maybe join an active guild, make new pals, and all that good stuff... <3

So yeah, which world do you suggest? I previously played in Windia and Zenith (Before the world merger).

So far, I'm thinking of either: Scania, Bera, or perhaps BelloNova

I don't think you should look for a world. Join an active guild and you'll have no problem

broa's well-populated but you can easily get a channel if you go at the right times
community's debatable but just make friends w/the right people and you'll be golden, but this goes for any world .

BelloNova is really nice, and it's not hard to find friends.
Most of my friends in Scania aren't exactly the most sociable of people, so I'm not really sure that's the best choice.

I wanna just point at a world and say "go there" to help you out, but in each of your three points, there are flaws. There will always be active/inactive people in every server. If you want more active people, go to a higher populated server, but you gotta understand, there will also be loads more inactive players.

The same goes for a "welcoming community". These days, Maplestory is extremely impersonal, there are both kind players and jerks out there, and you probably wont get into a conversation unless you take control and start one. There are always going to be people who are active, professional, and kind; however, I find these people are generally the 'higher leveled players' who don't really care for noobs, so yeah, they might say that your damage sucks, despite the fact that they're actually very fun people to play with.

What I'm trying to tell you is that it doesn't matter what server you go to, you're going to find what you want in any server. But most people don't realize that you actually have to look for those people once your in the server, you can't just pick a world and expect for it to be full of mostly kind and active people.

If you want a world like that join a random world and make it that way this is a game.

It sounds like to me, you aren't looking for a populated world. Try BelloNova. Perfect in-between.

@DanielDRK: Well, I'm still deciding while Maplestory downloads again. A few questions for you:

1. Early level training: Scania's known for its high population, so is it insanely hard to train peacefully at one of the more conventional training spots? (Jesters and Aliens, mainly)

2. Grinding after level 120: Are the channels at LHC and SH often full of people looking for a party?

3. Is the community friendly? Or is it the typical "lul ur damage suk. u nib"
No one plays together practically anymore...at least not like they used to. If theres party play its the same as grinding alone now since no one talks or anything...just pure grind -_-
I know, but by party play I meant that there should be many active players who are willing to form parties to grind. In Windia, on 1x it was sort of hard getting a party, because everyone has been spoiled by leeching or 2x+ EXP.
