Just noticed those on my ticket... Libra is a SENIOR GM and Skelorm is a normal GM
Anyone has any idea on whats the difference between them?

Senior GM is higher ranked, supervisor or team leader for example. Normal GM's, such as scumbag Skelorn, don't have as much power as the senior GM's and generally have to obey the orders of the senior GM's.
Ones really old the other is young.
Senior GM is wiser, while the normal GM is just like us.
One makes more than minimum wage?
