left over tempest coins. what do?
so i have a few left over tempest coins. about 100-105. i want to scroll my Empress staff with the 20% m.att scrolls. but i dont want the useless STR and DEX on my staff. should i just do it or buy 10% from free market (they both give 5 m.att if passed) (im going to buy the white scroll-like item from the CS). if you guys said the 10% what should i do with the tempest coins?

Well, just take comfort in the fact that the high STR and DEX was probably something that you did not consciously spend of any AP into. We're at a point where a lot of factors can give you stats that you don't need. Character card sets, Item set effects, familiars, and linked skills. Also, Zak Helms, Root Abyss boss helms, HTP also supply points to all your stats.
Those "useless" stats actually do have a use. Str increases defense and Dex increases accuracy.
