When you say "like Maplestory?" I assume you're talking about an MMORPG thats open world where you can go wherever you wan't and do what you want, like kill monsters or hang out with friends. Unfortunately there isn't any Free to Play MMORPGs that are open world like Maplestory (None that are good that is) except DC Universe Online if your computer can handle the graphics, you would actually have to pay for them.
But if you just want free to play games you should check out :

Also theres a new F2P MMORPG coming soon though and it seems to be open world and the graphics are pretty nice
