No, not at ALL. Dual Blades are really good at mobbing, I have a 4th job one and believe me, they are great. Phantoms are just slightly better and they can steal HS, which makes them amazing a training. They are both good at mobbing and bossing, it's just that Dual Blades are better at bossing and Phantoms are better at mobbing/training.

DB's aren't bad at training whatsoever, they're just not as good at it as phantoms.

Phantoms got nerfed so hard. I would reccomend making a dual blade because my phantom is no longer fun to play T^T.
