is overall decent hb possible?
As title says, I know it hasta be bottoms and nexon fixed decent skills glitches but is there any way overalls can be worn and you still have decent hb?
Also, side question, just cuz I didn't wanna make 2 threads but...
Skills that has pdr, like blast...duz the pdr stack w/ nebs? Wb potential?

I believe that there is a decent hp nebulite
but I do think it's limited to bottoms....
