Its okay. That is COMPLETELY NORMAL. By the time you hit 4th job, you will have everything maxed except bandit slash and fatal blow

You might, but I'll say that the guide hasn't been updated with the revamp of the job advancements.
no he was not supposed to get sp i guess since i didnt get mine either so i think its just a mistake from nexon or from the guide writer
