Remove broken hammer
If I hammer something and the hammer fails, is there any chance to renew the broken slot?
For example; lvl 100 sword with no slots(8 used) and 1 possible hammer upgrade, u make the hammer upgrade, and it fails, is there anyway to make the sword hammer-able, again?

Yes. Most of them should be between the 80 to 120m range.
Their prices have been increasing recently due to decreasing supply.

I think (perfect) Innocence Scrolls also reset an item... and I think the hammers too

A slate will retrieve one slot back from a failed scroll or hammer.
There are different types of slates, with chances ranging from 1% to 20%.
Most of them have a chance to destroy the item, except for some special 20% ones, which you can find in the Free Market for around 80-120m, and the 10% ones in the Tempest shop
